"(If this review results in you calling this office, tell them the "NEW GUY sent ya". :) ) --- TL;DR --- Jeff's office saved me and my son collectively over $230 a month and we have increased coverage and features! Everyone in that office is very knowledgeable, professional, and can custom fit things to your needs! --- The Long Story --- I recently shopped for better insurance options. Filled out online forms for quotes from many insurance companies. I only got 2 automatic email quotes from all the forms I filled out. Then, Kristina from Jeff's office called me. (No automatic email!) Spent close to an hour on the phone as I had many questions. (Kristina is VERY knowledgeable and quick!) She found that I was wasting money in a few ways on my current policies with another company. 1 such item was that I had my son as a driver on my policy, but he doesn't live with me. Therefore, my son wouldn't be an 'insured' driver. (I am not sure why my previous insurance sold me on that!) Kristina also sold me on an umbrella policy. I never had one before! If you don't know what that is, call their office! You will want it! I contacted my son and told him to call Kristina and get switched over. This saved around $100 per month for my son and gave him increased coverage! I decided to switch over to State Farm the following Wednesday. I called in and Lisa already knew my name and my needs before even opening up a computer screen to lookup my quotes! Great teamwork in that office! 5-star personal service! It was less than a 10 minute call! Lisa got me all setup and covered! She was fast but detailed on ensuring I was setup properly, reverifying the policies and what was to be covered. Very competent and confident person! Her knowledge and skills left me with no concerns! Normally, I'm very nervous about switching insurance. Kristina and Lisa didn't pressure me in any way but rather answered questions I hadn't even come up with yet and gave me confidence in my decision. I now have better policies, more coverage, additional features, and people I can talk with if I have anything come up! And I haven't even met Jeff yet! :) Highly recommend!"
